As our Access Operations Supervisor, you will manage Records Center and Transportation Specialists who maintain, process and transport confidential and secure documents. You will be a key part of our fast-growing company in delivering the very best customer experience to our clients.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, plan and supervise the operations to accomplish the required outcomes in accordance with customer and business commitments;
  • Exert your leadership while respecting the vision and values of the organization;
  • Manage your team’s performance utilizing KPI’s, etc.;
  • Monitor and analyze all opportunities to cost savings and drive efficiencies;
  • Perform administrative functions such as printing delivery receipts, creating reports, maintaining inventory, managing the destruction process, authorizing vehicle rentals and facilitating Perm-Outs;
  • Ensure facility, as well as all vehicles, are safe and clean and follow through on any repairs or maintenance as needed;
  • Identify, receive and manage customer requirements and concerns, taking ownership and appropriate action ensuring customer requirements are met;
  • Drive the implementation and follow-up on all Training, Compliance, Health and Safety policies and initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects in collaboration with the Senior Market Leader.

Education and Qualifications

  • A college diploma or university degree in management, administration or logistics an asset.
  • 2 to 5 years of work experience in a warehouse environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Excellent leadership qualities with good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven skills in time management and ability to prioritize tasks within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead and drive results with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to adhere to and enforce all safety and security procedures.
  • Must have the ability to guide and train team members on daily activities.
  • Must be able to climb stairs and use tools to maneuver materials.
  • Strong knowledge of Ontario Occupational health and Safety Act and Regulations.
