The State of New Hampshire, Department of Health and Human Services, New Hampshire Hospital has a Full-Time vacancy for a Nurse Coordinator.
Summary:
Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Nursing/Patient Care Services, provides support, guidance, and consultation to Nursing staff 24 hours per day seven days per week. Engages in inter and intra-departmental collaboration to ensure continuity of patient care and consistent management practices. Practices within the scope and standards of the Department, Hospital and Regulatory Agencies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university with major study in nursing, or a related Human Service field. Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.
Experience: Five years' experience as a registered nurse in a health care facility or a related human service field working in the specialty area in which the vacancy exists. Each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education.
License/Certification:
