Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant - OFSAA/Mantas
Skills – Genpact LLC seeks Senior Principal Consultant - OFSAA/Mantas (multiple positions) in Richardson, TX to implement Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA or Mantas) Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Transaction Monitoring solutions that include data mapping, customizations, enhancements, and testing assessments related to interfacing different source system data to the product specified formats. Integrate generated events with Case Management. Interact with business and functional teams to analyze business requirements and create technical documentation. Resolve a business problem and engage in scenario migration. Integrate Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) generated alerts with Case Management. Design Transaction Monitoring solutions by configuring the job flow, scheduling, and monitoring as per client requirements. Conduct scenario setup and configuration of threshold sets to support business in fine-tuning thresholds. Conduct scenario migration across different environments, product patches, and hotfixes deployment. Perform application server cloning and sanity checks and prepare application health check reports and daily dashboards. Perform capacity planning and manage remedy tickets. Conduct impact analysis of systems in response to new requirements and requirement analysis review. Perform Shell scripting in Red Hat Linux and query Oracle database using SQL Developer. Develop new codes, debug existing codes, and review peer codes using Oracle PL/SQL, and Linux Shell scripting. Responsible for integration and system testing, test script preparation, validation, and fit gap identification.
Education – Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering (all), Computer Science, Technology, or related field and 5 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree experience in the job offered or related occupation. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Position also requires 2 years of hand-on experience in the OFSAA Transaction Monitoring/Mantas solutions implementation and upgrades. Position headquartered in Richardson, TX with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with no additional travel required. $143,666 to $150,849 per year.
