1.协助酒店高级管理层负责及整个饭店的运作收集对客服务过程中所产生的问题信息;

2.大堂副理在前厅部经理的直接领导下,在当班期间负责整个酒店的正常运作;

3.要负责处理宾客的问题和投诉;

4.要负责重要宾客的迎领工作;

5.进行整个酒店的安全和日常的设备检查工作;

6.解决当班期间发生的安全问题;

7.向其它班次协调交班记录上需要沟通的事项。
