岗位职责:

1.厨师长安排下,负责各种饭菜的加工制作,保证食品质量;

2.严格遵守作息时间,不擅离职守,不脱岗,不窜岗,保证食堂按时开餐;

3.严格执行《食品卫生法》,作好食堂卫生,保证无过期变质食品;

4.厨师上岗必须工服穿戴整齐,厨房内不得吸烟,未经许可不得以任何动用食堂物品;

5.负责每餐划卡统计,无就餐卡人员不得予以就餐;

6.服从厨师长调动,维护好厨房器具,作好餐前餐后各项工作。
