Working Hours : 8.30AM - 5.00PM
The Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Executive is responsible for providing advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to the ELC team and to the stakeholders such as Plant Managers, HRBPs, Site Administrators, etc. They will also be responsible for managing complex cases, supporting the implementation of new processes and initiatives, and ensuring quality and assurance across all activities.
