We are looking for a Content Developer with full proficiency level in French language to join the European Customer Service Support team.
You will act as the ‘voice of Amazon’ for our customers in France and Belgium through the writing, publishing and maintaining of customer-facing and internal documentation (including, but not limited to, online Help pages or internal SOP for the Customer Service Associates).
In addition to developing content for Customer Service and product/feature launches in France and Belgium, you will coordinate content projects for all Amazon European marketplaces. You will also identify opportunities to optimize content quality in order to improve the Customer Service Associates experience and solve customer issues.
This role is an excellent opportunity to learn new content authoring and CMS skills, and gain additional insight into how the Amazon CS network collaborates to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience with writing, content quality review or testing, and will have the ability to understand and clearly document various processes.
You should have a strong focus on quality and be able to demonstrate your fluency in French and English.
You are self-motivated and able to work independently with the organizational discipline to track and manage your work for several projects within tight deadlines.
You have proven ability to make quick decisions in ambiguous circumstances, and have a record of attention to detail and follow-through.
