Amazon Freight (AF) is Amazon’s external freight transportation service that enables businesses to move full-truckload (FTL) shipments using Amazon’s trusted carrier network. We are seeking a Program Manager – Strategic Initiatives to join the Amazon Freight EU team. This is a cross-functional role with exposure to billing & payments operations, credit risk programs, and the rapidly scaling internal partnerships charter. You will lead high-impact programs that drive financial hygiene, improve customer experience, and unlock long-term scalability through collaboration with internal Amazon entities. This is a unique opportunity for a builder who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys owning end-to-end programs, and can seamlessly shift between operational rigor and strategic thinking.
