The NA Amazon Books Supply Chain and Operations team is looking for a customer-focused, driven, and analytical, leader to build and execute a strategic, cross-functional roadmap related to Inbound Optimization. This role provides the opportunity to work with global teams and ability to influence cross-marketplace initiatives.
The Sr. Supply Chain Manager, Inbound Optimization will own the definition of a roadmap that aims to drive supply chain efficiencies through the lens of delighting our customers by optimizing books availability and reduce defects to improve customer experience while reducing cost-to serve. The ideal candidate is able to lead and influence both internal and external teams in an ambiguous environment, while driving high standards and earning trust.

The NA Amazon Books Supply Chain and Operations team is part of the WW Books business organization. This team is responsible for US and Canada InStock Management and Services, Bulk Books Operations, and central Supply Chain and Product Management teams focus on Vendor Operational Excellence, Buying, Forecasting, Inventory Availability, Inventory Productivity, Inbound Optimization, Chargebacks, Promise, and Post Delivery Experience. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
