About this Position
The Digital & PR Executive is responsible in assisting and implements brand's online marketing strategy, which includes market research and targeting, social media outreach, search engine optimization, newsletters and direct advertising, lead generation, brand building, and conversion.
What you´ll do
- Coordinate with digital agency on content planning and creatives development
- Monitor replies on social media and reviews (Facebook & Instagram) and suggest responses to best interact with audience
- Liaise & brief external creative designer to develop all the ecommerce campaign assets
- Analyse data to evaluate social content performance to increase brand performance and drive ecommerce sales
- Assist in planning PR Events, PR Seeding & content creators' engagements
- Assist in managing the paid search budget and maximize ROI, and drive traffic
- Organized self-starter who is capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and the implementation of multiple-digital campaign projects
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns across communication platforms offline and online
- Prepare monthly reports on all digital campaigns and social reports
- Design, build and maintain the brands social media presence
What makes you a good fit
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, or a related field
- Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in Digital Marketing and beauty industry
- Good communication skills in English – both written and verbal
- Data-driven and analytical
- Experience in planning and running digital marketing campaigns
- Prior experience managing both B2B and B2C products
- Ability to speak, read and write in Mandarin is a plus
