Summary

The Rush Processor Level III plays a crucial role in our window and door manufacturing plant by ensuring the timely delivery and tracking of rush orders. This position supports the plant in completing orders efficiently while maintaining quality standards and minimizing scrap rates. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a solid understanding of our manufacturing processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to identify and resolve any potential issues swiftly.

The hourly pay starts at $21.00.

Responsibilities

• Deliver any rushes left from the previous shift
• Print previous day totals in QC Track
• Print data from completed units four times throughout the shift
• Validate rush data for completed units four times throughout the shift
• Check with all line leads for possible missing units or batches several times a day
• Inspect all line frames on the wall several times a day
• Deliver rush orders hourly
• Communicate effectively with Glass supervisors and line leads

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Understanding of the Plexi Process
• Familiarity with glass lines and pull groups
• Strong people skills
• Effective organizational skills
• Ability to walk, push/pull carts, and lift insulated glass units regularly
