Summary:
The Manager, Targeting & Field Reporting in Commercial Strategy & Operations will play a critical role in driving the success of the field sales teams by managing and optimizing targeting, segmentation, and field reporting processes. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making, enhance the effectiveness of commercial activities, and provide insights that support overall business objectives.

Interaction:
Works collaboratively with all levels of management within the Commercial Strategy & Operations team; as well as key partners such as Commercial Team, Business Development, IT and Medical Health Sciences related to internal deployment of reporting, tools, and processes.

The base pay range for this role is $102,800-$141,350 per year. The range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. The range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: geographic markets, business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications.
