What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate, individualized care for clients with complex medical needs
• Monitors, records, and reports treatment reactions and changes in condition to relevant personnel.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care accurately in electronic charts and communicate effectively

Who You Are:

• A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or RN with current state licensure
• Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure
• Dedicated to providing safe, nurturing, and consistent care
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive and professional attitude
