Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with different phases of product development from prototype to mass production to end of life.
Preferred qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as Sustaining Operations Program Manager, Electronic Product Manufacturing or equivalent.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management in the consumer hardware industry.
- Experience in the consumer technology market and with OEMs, Original Device Manufacturers (ODMs), and third-party suppliers.
- Experience working with global and cross-functional internal/external teams.
- Excellent quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity, and strategic skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams within Google and with external partners to prepare for production ramp and product transitions.
- Drive manufacturing operational readiness in the factory, leveraging partner resources as well as ongoing efficiency and improvement across factories.
- Anticipate production and operational risk, communicate/partner with OEMs to manage line bring-ups, qualification, material availability, and quality issues.
- Lead regular meetings to communicate plans with cross-functional operations and demand planning. Adapt plans based on changing customer requirements.
- Work with OEM partners to ensure performance goals for Quality, Turn Around Time (TAT), and Throughput (I/O/S) are met or exceeded.
