Senior Business Analyst provides support to the Sales team and Interoperability engineers, analyzing third-party connectivity and data-sharing requirements. They report discrepancies and create custom scopes for information-sharing requests. Additionally, collaborating with various business units to ensure that deliverables align with business needs. This role also reviews and reports on data to ensure system integrity. Expertise in business/clinical workflow and application offerings related to interoperability makes the Senior Business Analyst a valuable subject matter expert in this field.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Reviews assigned opportunities and coordinates client and vendor participation and requirements
• Utilizes systems and data to align requests in the most effective and productive manner
• Build reports using the tools available in Salesforce
• Review third party specifications for technical or data gaps
• May participate in scoping exercises with Business Analysts
• Assist senior business analysts in gathering business requirements by conducting interviews, surveys, and workshops with clients and internal teams
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to senior business analysts and project managers
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to build expertise in professional services and business analysis
• Works closely with the development team to review business use cases and technical requirements as illustrated in the specifications and samples
• Understands the needs of multiple stakeholders and facilitates the negotiation of requirements among those stakeholders
• Mentors/coaches peers
