Manage all sales activities including planning and operation through all platforms on e-Commerce (with emphasize DTC channels like TMall, Douyin and WeChat)
Manage TP or DP (online distributors) to drive sales growth and penetration for the business
Responsibilities
Sales management:
Drive China Beverage New Business (including both Beverage Enhancer and Atheletic Equipment) growth and target delivery in uncertainty and keep catching up on fast changing business environment of EC.
Manage all sales activities including planning and operation through all platforms on e-Commerce (with emphasize on DTC channels like Tmall and WeChat)
Work closely with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to implement overall sales strategy through out the year, promotion planning, key selling points, inventory management, etc. for both BE and AE.
Leverage category resources to win platform resources to keep driving penetration
Distributor management:
Manage TP or DP (online distributors) to drive sales growth and penetration for the business
Guide distributors for sales planning, demand planning and inventory management for efficiency
Manage the efficiency of distributor operation with consideration of driving cost effectiveness
Channel Development:
Develop the new EC channels or platforms that are fit with the business
Develop offline channels, distributors and partnership for future growth
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above
6+ years solid sales experience in FMCG, cosmetic or other consumer goods industry, with at least 4 years sales experience in EC/digital platforms, especially Taobao, WeChat and Douyin. Both in-house or agency experience are fine.
Solid experience of TP management and channel development on EC
Ability to co-work with cross function teams and understood the fast changing of digital/ec environment
Strong sales planning and management capability with ownership of driving P&L
Deep knowledge and understanding of platform resources and tools to drive sales and penetration
Strong interest in building a business from 0 to 1 with entrepreneurial mindset; experience with 0-1 brand incubation through startups or brands/projects in bigger corporation is preferred
Experience with food & beverage, lifestyle categories/brands or sports related categories is preferred
High degree of planning and execution skills
Data analysis capability and good at excel, power point
Self-motived, be able to work with ambiguity, high attention to details
