ASRC Federal is looking for an experienced Program Manager to support their multimedia work with the U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) Chief Information Officer (CIO) G6 Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) at the Redstone Arsenal, AL. The project manager – multimedia will leading a team of graphics specialists in a dynamic environment where effective and concise communications are vital for mission success. Their goal will be to establish a structured framework for producing and distributing high-quality multimedia content that aligns with ACC’s strategic communications goals, enhances training programs, and facilitates knowledge sharing operations. Key responsibilities will include:
- Aligning projects with organizational goals
- Managing timelines and resources to develop engaging narratives and visual content
- Assist the task order Program Manager with ensuring all work performed by the AI Team is performed according to the Performance Work Statement, turned in on time, with minimal to no errors.
- Working with the task order Program Manager to check certifications and training requirements of team members, including tracking when annual training is required, and ensuring all team members’ training is up to date
- Coordinating all multimedia projects, ensuring alignment with ACC’s strategic goals
- Coordinating project timelines and resource allocation
- Developing overarching content themes, messaging, and audience engagement tactics
- Guiding the creative and logistical aspects of production
- Crafting engaging narratives and instructional scripts
- Creating visual scene plans and transitions to guide production
- Capturing visual and audio content while following branding requirements
- Ensuring high quality video and audio is captured during production
- Producing visual elements, animations, and graphics
- Combining video footage, refining audio quality, integrating sound effects and music, and designing motion graphics, enhancing the overall production quality
- Facilitating common branding/graphics/themes among applications, tools, products, and dashboards
- Managing and maintaining all aspects of the organization’s public-facing website, ensuring content is accurate, up to date, engaging, and aligned with the organizational branding and messaging as required by the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and the ACC Office of Public and Congressional Affairs
- Delivering comprehensive briefings to government leadership showcasing industry best practices for conducting efficient, standardized, and impactful product and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) improvement reviews
- Conducting final quality assurance reviews of all media products to ensure accuracy, consistency, clarity, and adherence to established branding guidelines
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills, as the multimedia project manager will be presenting briefings to leadership and conducting quality assurance reviews
- Expert in graphic design, animation, and web management
- Experience in creative development and technical production
- In-depth experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially SharePoint and Project
- Ability to utilize government provided professional production equipment to support video capture, audio recording, lighting, and post-production work
Education Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or Computer Science from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution
- 3+ years’ experience on similar projects
