The Payment Investigations team is responsible for solving payment-related issues for corporate and private customers located in all Danske Bank branches. Team members take action to recall or amend payments if requested and support our clients with various terms and conditions queries.
The Payment Investigations team is actively communicating with other teams to find the best solution when investigating cases, as well as identify the root cause for future prevention.
Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).

You will:
- Handle SWIFT queries of received or sent-out cross-border payments
- Monitor and escalate payment-related issues
- Re-effect customer or bank-to-bank payments
- Collaborate with other teams by sharing best practices and proposals
- Improve and optimize the processes using lean principles
- Create, develop, and update documentation and procedures
About you:
- At least 1-year experience in payment processing or investigations
- Attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset
- Committed to providing the best customer experience
- A team-oriented person with a positive attitude and an innovative mindset, willing to take upon new opportunities with a high level of empowerment in your daily work
- SWIFT knowledge would help you onboard to the role quicker
- Upper-Intermediate English skills
We offer:
Monthly salary range from 1680 EUR to 2520 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
