We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to define and drive the strategic design and implementation of the ServiceNow platform. This role is responsible for architectural oversight, platform integrity, and ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards and future scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across the ITSM and ITOM landscape
• Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, data models, and integration frameworks
• Evaluate new ServiceNow features and lead version upgrades or migrations
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and app teams to ensure cohesive architecture
• Serve as a technical advisor to leadership, development teams, and stakeholders
• Define technical standards, review code and design, and mentor developers

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with architect-level knowledge across modules
• Expert understanding of platform architecture, scoped applications, and integrations (REST, SOAP, MID server)
• Experience with enterprise-scale design patterns and frameworks
• Deep knowledge of platform performance, governance, and data modeling
• Certified ServiceNow Architect or Master Architect (preferred)
