We are looking for skilled Tool & Die Makers! Our Tool & Die Maker is a machinist who analyzes specifications, lays out metal stock, sets-up and operates machine tools, and fit and assemble parts to make and repair dies, cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and machinists' hand tools.

Shift: 1st shift (6a - 2p) 2nd shift (2p-10p) 3rd shift (10p-6a)

  • All training will be done on 1st shift.***

Pay range: Hourly role with compensation between $63,000–$73,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test tools/dies for specifications, making adjustments as needed
  • Fabricate, fit, and assemble parts using various machine tools
  • Inspect and verify parts for quality and precision
  • Operate manual and CNC machinery for cutting, shaping, and drilling
  • Design jigs, fixtures, and templates for efficient production
  • Maintain safe and clean workspace

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Tool & Die Maker with 2–5 years of experience (minimum)
  • Proficient in manual tool room machinery and high-speed stamping dies
  • Knowledge of safety practices and high-quality standards
  • Preferred: 6+ years of experience, lamination and carbide expertise, lean manufacturing experience
