About the Program Manager:
MarketStar is looking for a Program Manager to join our Shopify team! Shopify is a leading e-commerce platform that allows individuals and businesses to create and manage their own online stores. As a Program Manager on the Shopify team at MarketStar, you will be responsible for driving growth by leading a high-performing sales team focused on acquiring new customers and expanding Shopify’s client base. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, coach and mentor team members to exceed performance targets, and collaborate cross-functionally to align sales initiatives with broader business goals. This role requires a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about e-commerce innovation, and is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences. Your leadership will be instrumental in scaling Shopify’s presence and empowering businesses to succeed online.

The salary range for this position is between $75,000.00 and $80,000.00 annually. This pay structure may also include a variable bonus component of $8,000.00 annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
