We give you a world of potential
The Bids and Sales Enablement Manager is a key enabler in supporting the employee share plans business in meeting its client retention and sales strategy predominantly in the EMEA region and as required in other regions.
Employee share plans are an invaluable part of an organisation’s recruitment, retention and reward strategy. To be effective, they need a dedicated focus on compliance, regulation, tax and reporting, which make an employee share plan complex to manage. That's where the Computershare Employee Share Plans business comes in.
Employee share plans guide organisations through plan design, Board approval, employee communications, process design (such as managing payroll deductions, employee data, tax withholding), reporting obligations and custody solutions. For every country where plans are offered, we ensure organisations comply with specific regulations on how plans are managed and how employees hold and trade shares. We deliver plans to participants to ensure a compliant solution. Our communications experts help avoid complicated language and explain any jargon clearly, along with all of the benefits (and risks) of joining the plan. Employees can enrol and manage their share plan via EquatePlus. In addition, our mobile app, EquateMobile, gives participants options to engage anytime, anywhere.
