Schedule Details/Additional Information:
This is a 1.0 FTE MA/LPN position that will support the Endo Clinics. This position requires travel. Monday through friday scheduled with No Holidays and No Weekends. Occasionally cover at offsite clinics when provider is off, which includes Mayfair South, St lukes, Rivercenter, Southpointe, Layton Ave, Franklin East, and Edgerton. Sign on Bonus for qualified external candidates
Monday- Six Points- 6:30am-3:00pm
Tuesday- Six Points- 6:30am-3:00pm
Wednesday- Rivercenter- 6:30am-4:45pm
Thursday- Rivercenter- 6:30am-3:15pm
Friday- Rivercenter- 6:30am-12:30pm
In September, this schedule will change to the following:
Monday- Six Points- 6:45am-3:30pm
Tuesday- Six Points- 6:45am-3:30pm
Wednesday- Rivercenter- 6:45am-4:45pm
Thursday- Rivercenter- 6:45am-3:30pm
Friday- Rivercenter- 6:45am-12:30pm
Actual compensation offered in the Pay Range of $21.45- $32.20 for an MA or $23.65 – $35.50 for an LPN and will be based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training.
Major Responsibilities:
Licensure or Certifications
LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by the state in which the team member practices, and
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within 45 days unless department leader has determined it is not required.
MA: Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within 45 days unless department leader has determined it is not required.
Degrees:
GED or HS Equivalency Diploma.
LPN: Advanced training beyond High School that includes the completion of an accredited or approved program in Practical Nursing
MA: Completion of an accredited or approved program in Medical Assistant, or 2 years of verifiable full-time experience as a Medical Assistant within the last 5 years.
