Job Objectives
Respond to stock and lead time enquiry from Sales & Dealers, process customer POs and follow up with shipping
Key Responsibilities
- Timely process customer POs in JDE system and follow up with shipping arrangements.
- Book sample orders per request within budget and follow up with shipping. Ensure the availability & compliance of all transport, billing & Customs documents.
- Communicate with both internal departments and customers to ensure all related issues, customer orders, forecast, RMA, complaint, and all requirements can be taken care of and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow up payment status and customer credit.
- Paperwork creating and Documents filing.
- Maintain and improve the relationship with the dealers.
Job Qualifications
- Patient and thoughtful; can work under pressure.
- Willingness to learn new things and supportive attitude. Capable of handling multiple, complex tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills.
- University degree in English or International Trade related majors. Good English writing and speaking is a must.
- Basic SCM & customer service knowledge, proficiency in Office software operation, JDE usage is an advantage.
- Familiar with export business and all the relevant docs.
- At least 3 years experiences in customer service, experience in foreign trade multi-national company is a plus.
