Description

Assist and support all field administration functions of the assigned Business Unit in order to provide satisfying customer services. Work closely within PDC's departments as well as with other departments to support necessary operation and administrative needs with a positive manner. Provide support and training to PDC teams utilizing lean concepts, 5s and being a change agent in order to drive Improvements to MOBIS Culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate PDC operations coordination: Reporting, communications, data collection for Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, , SOP, resource co­ ordination, and coordination of key initiatives between HQ departments and PDC.
  • Documents and records: Update Monthly results for all PDC trackers for all locations; Update KPl's, action plans, results and reward programs; Update monthly requirements such as training, safety and maintenance programs
  • Admin Support: Support/Assist leadership and coordinators requests & questions; Assist in creating reports and analysis for HQ; Assist coordinating PDC events & making arrangements
  • HQ PDC Operations as related to Adhoc Requests for Reports, Summaries, and/or Decks.
  • Basic Filing: Archiving Reports, Filing Contracts, Certificate of Insurance, PRs, etc.
  • Working with PDC teams in order to address inefficiencies within the PDC operations, training PDC teams to understand SOP and standards.
  • Creating and testing system enhancements (BRD),reviewing current and creating new SOP for PDC operations, and support with new PDC process roll outs.
  • Project Management for the PDC OPS’s Team using Smartsheet and other method for overall tracking, progression reporting, and accountability.
  • Primary for Headcount related data, to include: Annual HC Planning, Org Chart, Quarterly Temp MPR, Conversions, and all related KPI’s
  • Maintain All other KPI’s within the Annual KPI Setting File and assist in analysis of Planning of future KPI’s targets, revisions, and calculations for the PDC Network

Work Schedule & Travel Requirements

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
  • Occasional overnight travel (up to 20%) by land and/or air.

Required Qualifications

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Experience Requirements

  • 2-4 years of operations experience is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of automotive industry experience is preferred.
  • 0-2 years of Computers/Information Technology - Database Analyst experience is preferred.
  • Data mining/SQL/Python/machine Learning, VBA, Power BI and other interactive data analysis and visualization tools/Languages

Employment Type - Non-Exempt

Compensation - Hourly Wage , $54,363.95 - 80,186.82
