Your Role:
As an HCM SE, you will bring your energy and passion to deliver presales functional support for a dynamic HCM cloud solution as a strategic partner of your Sales teams.
You will uncover critical business challenges and demonstrate technical solutions that solve them, painting a vision for audiences from CHROs to end users. You’ll partner with Sales to inspire changes that help HR Professionals achieve best-in-class results for their organization, workforce and HR
You will collaborate with interdepartmental teams to continuously define standard methodologies for demonstrations and driven positioning.

What you will do:
Master the Oracle Cloud HCM solution main concepts and differentiators,
Design and demonstrate technical solution flows that demonstrate the "Art of the Possible” and the power of Oracle Cloud HCM to address goals and challenges related to customers’ system requirements in Finland,
Build up and maintain reusable and scalable contents on demonstration environments, answering customers common requirements on the HCM topic,
Build up and maintain a strong relationship with development teams to ensure any evolution / legislative requirement on the HCM topic will be addressed in the right way,
Collaborate on complex sales cycles, using the support and strengths of key internal partners (Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Solution Services, and the HCM Transformation to name a few).
About your background and qualifications:
You have a strong background in enterprise business applications, with expertise in Human Capital Management related technologies,
Additional areas of focus could include Time and Labor, Absence Management and Workforce Scheduling. Any other additional expertise on an HR process (recruiting, Talent Management, Learning...) would be a nice to have.
You thrive crafting and delivering presentations to groups of diverse responsibility in a variety of settings.
You demonstrate sound independent judgment, initiative, collaboration and leadership.
You exhibit outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Your work experience has a consistent record of success in a pre-sales, sales, product management, practitioner or consulting role, solving problems and generating positive customer outcomes.
As a Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.
