We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Manager for Security, Resilience & Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) to oversee our operations across the Latin America (LATAM) region. The individual will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing comprehensive security, resilience, and EHS strategies for our clients, ensuring their assets and personnel are protected while fostering a culture of safety and compliance within the organization.

The Regional Manager will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to assess and mitigate risks while ensuring alignment with corporate policies and industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset to effectively manage a diverse team of professionals. This position will be directly tied to a specific client project, and the contract will be linked to the duration and scope of that engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of security, resilience, and EHS programs within the LATAM region, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Develop and implement regional security policies and procedures in alignment with global standards and local regulations.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and industry peers.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established security and EHS standards.
• Oversee incident response and crisis management efforts, ensuring effective communication and coordination among all parties involved.
• Provide continuous training and development opportunities for team members, promoting a culture of safety and resilience.
• Compile and analyze regional performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in the security and EHS fields, adapting strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in security management, resilience, and EHS, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of regional risk dynamics in Latin America.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PSP, CSP) preferred.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and supplier relationship management.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards related to corporate safety and security.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and internal reporting platforms.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an asset.
