Job Description & Summary

In testing and quality assurance at PwC, you will focus on the process of evaluating a system or software application to identify any defects, errors, or gaps in its functionality. Working in this area, you will execute various test cases and scenarios to validate that the system meets the specified requirements and performs as expected.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain robust automated test suites (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc.)
• Validate digital accessibility compliance using WCAG 2.2 A/AA/AAA guidelines - Conduct accessibility audits using tools like axe-core, Lighthouse, or WAVE
• Collaborate with developers and designers to embed accesibility from the start - Integrate automation and accessibility checks into our CI/CD pipeline
• Drive quality improvements through data-driven testing and proactive reporting
• What We're Looking For:
• 4–5 years of software testing experience with a strong focus on automation - Proven experience with accessibility testing (automated + manual)
• Good understanding of ARIA, semantic HTML, and screen reader behavior
• Familiar with tools like NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, or equivalent - Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira/TestRail
• Preferrable to have:
• ISTQB or accessibility certifications
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
• A passion for inclusive design and shift-left testing
