The Environmental Project Manager will be experienced technical and client leadership for large scale projects in the Transportation, Water, and Resources sectors. You would be interacting and leading HDR environmental sciences & planning staff, CEQA & NEPA practitioners, and other multi-disciplinary staff related to the preparation of complex environmental technical studies (e.g., air quality/GHG, Energy/HRA, traffic, noise/vibration, biological resources, cultural resources). The position will involve working closely with HDR leadership to drive program development across all business sectors/groups (Transportation, Water, Resources). The candidate must have a strong CEQA & NEPA technical understanding and experience in transportation, water-related programs, power, renewable energy, oil and gas, mining, or industrial sector. The candidate should possess a balanced portfolio of skills to perform business development which requires networking and developing leads, establishing/managing client relationships, and strategic thinking for both our clients and internal programs.

The expected compensation range for this position is $122,000 - $182,000 and depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
