Join our compassionate and collaborative team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) where you will play a vital role in providing nursing services to patients in residential care facilities and treatment programs. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients struggling with behavioral health and substance use disorders. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated, empathetic, and skilled in nursing practices to help maintain a safe and therapeutic environment. Your expertise will be essential in building strong relationships between clients and clinic staff, ensuring quality care and support.
In this role, you will administer medications, perform nursing assessments, and document care accurately while adhering to service line standards. You will also engage with clients to address their medication needs and assist with various nursing duties across outpatient psychiatry, addiction, and housing services.
