Brief Job Description:

Responsible for preparing and organizing new service contracts and providing support to service contract coordinators in working with existing contracts.

Direct responsibility:

The contract administrator is responsible for administering and processing and preparing all new and existing service contracts. Provides support to coordinators, sales representatives, and customers, and processes data change requests.

  • Ensures that all necessary documents are processed in accordance with agreed service levels
  • Works closely with business representatives from each of the entrusted regions and other departments
  • Communicates with internal customers to answer their questions and provide the best possible service
  • Uploads data to Oracle in order to ensure correctness for billing purposes (data for new and existing contracts)
  • Processes the termination of contracts on the basis of incoming requests
  • Solves individual problems that may arise
  • Performs all other activities under the orders of a direct superior, related to the agreed type of work
  • Works in accordance with the ITC International Trade Rules

Qualifications:

Required/ Minimum Qualifications:

  • Secondary, higher education or University education
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Language skills: Polish and English (fluent written and oral)
  • Knowledge of MS Office

Additional / Preferred Qualifications: -

  • Knowledge of EPR systems (Oracle) is an advantage

  • Precision in fulfilling work responsibilities, analytical skills and accuracy
