Responsibilities - Responsible for improving TikTok search results experience, accountable for experience metrics. - Have a strong understanding of the search product and user needs, define clear evaluation metrics from both objective and subjective perspectives, identify problems through well-founded evaluation methods, and drive optimization. - Design search results optimization strategies through data analysis and user analysis, continuously iterate search experience. - Deeply participate in the exploration of AI applications across the entire search structure.
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in search/recommendation strategy products. - Strong capability in analyzing user needs, assessing product strategy and trade-offs, and collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams.
