Job Responsibilities:

1.BRAND MARKETING PLAN

Supports the Brand Marketing Plan development and deployment by

  • Assists in the execution of the integrated activity schedule ensuring consistency with Brand Key Vision and Brand Vision Plan including communication strategy
  • Accounts for the analysis of brand performance and brand health by constantly evaluating performance of both offline and digital activities. This includes the monitoring of progress against key trial and awareness measures and initiating measuring the effectiveness and ROI of key activities
  • Identifies solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring

2.INNOVATION & RENOVATION

  • Leads in innovation projects management, building launch plans and channel strategies (promotions, media and POS), Customer sell-in and legal & regulatory issues
  • Translates a holistic understanding of consumers and shoppers to growth opportunities
  • Leads cross-functional innovation teams (using project management tools to support decision making and communication) including CMI, agencies and other functional teams such as supply chain, finance and customer and category development to ensure successful implementation

3. BRAND COMMUNICATION

  • Assists the brand manager on brand communication, creative development process, working with agencies to deliver strategically sound messages in line with communication strategy
  • Leads large-scale event, social media engagement and live streaming/offline executions. Must excel in tracking KPIs and accountable execution

4. SUPPORT MARKETING CAPABILITY AND SERVICE

  • Support Asia regional marketing capability and service manager to prepare the paper work of Asia portfolio
  • Support monthly Investor Board of Aisa and China, meeting preparation and pre-reading collection
  • Assist to conduct Asia regional marketing community regular learning and training sessions
  • Assist Ice Cream Company marketing end-to-end eco-system set up and daily management

Key Success Measures:

  • Delivery of specific elements of the category 8 Quarter (8Q) rolling plan
  • Responsible for driving topline growth, medium term category and brand share targets as well as specific marketing objectives relating to brand health and equity
  • Monthly Investor Board of Asia and China meeting OTIF

Key Competencies & Skills:

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree+

2. 3+ years relevant marketing experience, FMCG preferred

4. Fluent in written and spoken English

5. NPD experience and social media engagement experience are preferred

6. Resilience & self-starter
