QA Engineer (E2E) plays a crucial role in conducting thorough end-to-end testing of complex software in near-real environments to verify that all parts work correctly as a whole system. You’ll collaborate with analysts, developers, and other QA engineers across various development teams. Your tasks include working with software requirements and design documents, creating test environments, writing test cases, building test automations, performing tests, and analyzing results. Knowledge of Java, Python, SQL, Rest APIs, and testing tools like Selenium, Junit, TestNG, POSTMAN, and ReportPortal is essential. You will work within an Agile framework and will communicate with project management stakeholders and development teams.

Your tasks will include:

  • Create comprehensive test plans that cover critical user journeys
  • Identify and prioritize workflows and create test scenarios based on business impact
  • Set up and maintain test environments that are close to production circumstances
  • Develop robust and maintainable automated test frameworks, write test scripts simulating real user interactions across entire software project
  • Run end-to-end test suites, monitor tests’ execution and results, investigate and document defects
  • Working closely with developers, technical project managers and business stakeholders, communicate test results and participate in prioritizing issues
  • Verify issues resolution, measure overall quality that impact release readiness
  • Refine test suites based on application changes, improve test coverage and efficienc

What we expect from you:

  • Experience with Web UI testing: Selenium
  • API understanding and testing: REST, SOAP, Swagger, Postman
  • Knowledge of networking: HTTP/HTTPS, request/response cycles and status codes
  • Knowledge of acceptance tests scenario automation: BDD, Cucumber
  • Technical and programming skills: Python, Java, SQL, Git, Jenkins
  • Reporting and monitoring: ReportPortal, ELK Stack, Grafana
  • Automation test frameworks: TestNG, Junit
  • Experience with Salesforce and MuleSoft would be a strong advantage
  • Ability to design thorough test cases and identify edge cases
  • Understanding how various components interact in complex systems
  • Root cause analysis and debugging skills
  • Degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
  • English proficiency level B2 (Upper Intermediate)
