Your role and responsibilities

The Technical Training Center Manager operates within the Motion Service Division, with the objective of ensuring the quality, relevance, and profitability of technical training on ABB products (drives, mo-tors, programmable logic controllers) and associated services. This role involves close collaboration with customers, local teams (salespeople, managers), partners, the global training department, and Qualiopi auditors. • Design and Management of the Training Offer: Develop and adapt educational content for in-ternal and external audiences (customers, partners, subcontractors), in compliance with ABB standards and Qualiopi certification requirements. • Organization and Logistics of Training Sessions: Schedule training sessions, manage resources (trainers, rooms, equipment), and ensure the availability of training materials and tools. • Training Delivery and Pedagogical Supervision: Deliver technical training in-person or at cus-tomer sites, supervise internal and external trainers, and organize their continuous skills devel-opment. • Quality and Performance Monitoring: Prepare quotes, monitor training profitability, ensure cus-tomer satisfaction, comply with QSE standards, and maintain up-to-date training records.

Qualifications for the role

  • Education and Experience: Engineering degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar technical or industrial environment.
  • Technical and Pedagogical Skills: Strong knowledge of drives and motors, ability to simplify technical concepts, and a passion for teaching and knowledge transfer.
  • Cross-functional Skills: Autonomy, rigor, customer service orientation, team spirit, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Languages and Standards: Fluent English is essential; knowledge of quality standards (Qualiopi, ISO) and best practices in professional training is required.
