Service Manager
Join ABB France and actively contribute to transforming the industry towards a more sustainable and productive future. As a key member of the Motion Division Service business, you will ensure local operational deployment while representing customer needs to the factories. You are responsible for the performance of technical, commercial, and execution activities, in compliance with customer requirements, ABB standards, and cost, time, and quality objectives. You will work closely with internal teams (both local and global) as well as with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors. 2. Responsibilities • Team Leadership and Management: Lead a multidisciplinary team (sales, contracts, technicians), fostering collaboration, performance, and customer satisfaction. • Operational Oversight: Monitor project execution, coordinate on-site interventions with the field service manager, and ensure contractual commitments are met. • Continuous Improvement: Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement, initiate corrective actions, and promote a culture of progress. • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to Quality/Safety/Environment procedures, anticipate risks, and maintain a safe working environment for all.
