Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Kickstart your career in ABB’s Service Division through our EMEA ELSE Discovery Trainee Program. As a trainee, you’ll join a dynamic international community, participate in technical and soft skills training, and engage in social and team-building activities to grow your network. You’ll be supported by a dedicated Program Lead throughout the journey. The 18-month program includes three six-month rotations: • Introduction to the service electrification business in Middelfart • Functional deep dive in Middelfart • International assignment in a different ABB location Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting sales-related activities and customer-focused service tasks • Collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives • Exploring different roles within the Service function • Participating in training tailored to your development goals • Contributing to strategic projects and daily operations • Engaging in social and team-building activities to grow your ABB network

Qualifications for the role

• You are a recent graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as International Sales and Marketing, Handelsøkonom, Serviceøkonom, Business Development Engineer or similar.
• You are fluent in Danish and have a good command of English, both written and spoken.
• You bring a growth mindset and a strong interest in learning and development.
• You are digitally savvy, thrive in cross-functional environments, and communicate clearly and confidently.
• You enjoy working in teams, thinking globally, and are open to new ideas and ways of working.
