We are looking for an experienced and creative Director of Talent, Programming, and Program Development to lead our content strategy and talent partnerships, shaping the next generation of Food52’s media presence.
About the Role
As the Director of Talent, Programming, and Program Development, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of Food52’s content programming. You will be responsible for talent acquisition and management, content development, and programming innovation across digital, social, and emerging media platforms. You will lead the charge in crafting new formats, identifying influential voices, and ensuring our content remains fresh, engaging, and aligned with Food52’s brand.

This is an exempt role.
The target pay range for this role is between 120k - 140k.
This role is eligible to participate in our annual bonus program.
