We are helping a Wholesaler in Noblesville, IN find an onsite Inside Sales Support Associate.

Our client is a leading wholesale distributor of fastening materials, and in this position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction while working with different departments and teams to ensure seamless operations.

This opportunity is a contract-to-hire job paying $20.00-$24.00 per hour.

Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, onsite in Noblesville.

Your duties as the Inside Sales Support Associate will include:

• Taking inbound customer calls and directing them to the right person.
• Taking orders and entering data into the computer system.
• Providing customer updates and managing customer accounts via outbound calls and email.
• Completing sales activity from the morning.

What experience will you have as the Inside Sales Support Associate?

• High school or GED with minimum of 5 years’ experience in inside sales or customer service.
• Solid understanding of sales, customer relationship building, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to create strong working relationships with personnel, customers, suppliers, and management.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
