About Our Manufacturing Development Division

The Manufacturing Development team within Operation consist of 9 highly skilled engineers within programming, electronics, mechanics, specialists in measurement, fiber and optics. Your work takes place in close collaboration with departments such as Production, Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing and the Operations management team, so that we continue to deliver the best product for our customers.

What You Will Do

As our Project Leader in Robotics/Mechatronics Manufacturing, you will lead our efforts in production automation and play a crucial role in defining our future roadmap. You will serve as a technical advisor to the existing team, guiding the setup of new production processes and supporting production lines. Your goal will be to enhance the efficiency of our production by implementing automation.

• The first task will be to ensure that we get two new production lines up and running;
• Ensure functional and technical requirements are met;
• Plan and implement steps of automation to streamline production processes;
• Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to deploy systems and identify potential improvements or new capabilities;
• Work directly with production to provide guidance during the initial startup phase and the user acceptance testing phase of the integration.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Robotics/Mechatronics Engineering or a similar field;
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing functionally safe real-time embedded control systems;
• Extensive experience in setting up production lines, implementing automation, and support systems;
• Experience in integrating hardware components with software systems, ensuring seamless communication and functionality;
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Swedish, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
