Position Summary
The University of New Mexico (UNM), a leading research university with a commitment to cultural responsiveness, is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to serve as the Director of the Accessibility Resource Center (ARC). This critical leadership role will focus on ensuring that students with disabilities receive the accommodations and support services necessary for their academic, cultural, and social success. The Director will oversee the development and delivery of a range of services that promote an inclusive and accessible campus environment for all students.
The Director will also be responsible for compliance with federal and state disability laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, while ensuring alignment with University of New Mexico policies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead an essential resource center, advocate for students with disabilities, and help foster a campus culture of inclusion.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; at least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
