The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Holman is currently accepting applications for the role of Manager- Commercial Insurance Operations.

Primary Tasks:

  • Ensure there is accurate and complete data for existing clients
    • Verify existing Salesforce insurance info is correct (self-insured or full coverage).
    • Implementation route all new client Certificates of insurance for update in SF
    • Salesforce contacts updated for targeted opportunities with risk directors, safety, finance to assure marketing is being reaching targeted roles.
  • Identify Upsell Opportunities
    • Identify new implementation opportunities.
    • Identify in Salesforce list of qualified fleet insurance targets with insurance dates 120 days and sooner to make sure targeted audience is on insurance marketing campaigns.
    • Based on opportunity, reach out to AE to set up meeting with fleet contact to introduce fleet insurance capabilities.
    • Review list of upcoming business reviews as potential opportunities and prioritize by insurance effective date, get fleet insurance added to agenda and we will support meeting.
    • Relationship- build with driver services, implementation, accident management, CE’s and their supervisors.
    • Relationship-build with fleet’s insurance brokers for validation and buy-in of fleet insurance programs and opportunities to get F&M and fleet insurance referrals from these insurance brokers (Bonded Filter with AJ Gallagher as an example).
    • Share information with CDM team for possible lease opportunity since likely working with same fleet contact and have fleet vehicle value information.
  • Sales – Sell Fleet insurance products to existing clients.
    • Follow-up on fleet insurance opportunities to obtain information needed to price PDW and/or work with HIS/RP to get pricing for auto liability fleet insurance.
    • Request PDW pricing from RP
    • Present PDW program and pricing
    • Support Auto Liability coverage opportunities presentations
    • Request PDW amendment and get signature, countersignature
    • Provide any assistance to HIS for binding insurance coverage
  • Marketing and SSE - Answer incoming inquiries with interest in fleet insurance products and assist marketing in content creation.
    • Lead follow-up 1:1
    • Continue to create marketing campaigns and materials to support Pardot email campaigns.
    • Respond to emails that are generated through the DRIP campaigns asking for more information on insurance, set up follow-up meeting.
    • Support: SSE RFP, proposal content and general responses are up to date and support RFP questions.
  • Responsible for Internal Education and Support Post Implementation
    • Continue to create internal training materials.
    • Support implementation calls and support internal questions regarding any insurance topic.
    • Onboard new hires to educate them on insurance products.
    • Provide insurance education sessions throughout business via PIE meetings, departmental summits.
  • Oversee program expansion
  • Bundle other services with Fleet Insurance has been an idea of Craig’s and we met several times last year to discuss creating a safety and insurance bundles and its value
  • Bundle the leasing and PDW insurance similar to Enterprise’s offering
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 2+ years experience, including + 0 - 1 years at a leadership level
  • A thorough understanding of the fleet management industry and Holman's products and services is preferred.
  • Holman Client facing or Account Management experience 1+ years
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $97,450.00 - $141,300.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
