The role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various administrative and human resources functions.

You will work closely with professionals in the field to:

• Payroll Support: Collect and prepare employee data and documentation required for payroll processing.
• HR Administration: Perform general administrative tasks related to Human Resources, including record keeping, reporting, and employee documentation.
• Training & Development: Assist the HR Manager in organizing training initiatives, scheduling meetings, and contributing to the overall training strategy.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Provide support with recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires, as needed.
• Manage and update databases.

What we need to see from you

• Currently pursuing studies in law, business or HR and interested in an alternance agreement for 1 year.
• Native French speaker with a good level of English.
• Strong motivation for learning and applying knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• Teamwork and collaboration.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Analytical thinking.
• Adaptability to change.
