Position Purpose
The Customer Service team is responsible for managing both pre- and post-order processes, ensuring that volume, quality, and scheduling requirements are consistently met. The primary objective of this role is to optimize customer service levels within the bounds of standard commercial practices, in a market where exceptional customer service is essential.
Success in this position depends on strong communication, planning, prioritization, information analysis, and decision-making skills, all within a dynamic, customer-centric environment. This role also requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Quality, Purchasing, Planning, Production, and Distribution.
