1st Shift - 5am-2pm
2nd Shift 5pm-2am
Responsibilities:
Read work instructions and communicate with co-workers
Adjust machine according to specifications
Mount rolls of fabric, backing or foam on machine tools/equipment.
Start machines and turn valves or move controls to feed, admit, apply or transfer material and adhesives and to adjust temperature, pressure and time settings, as per work instructions.
Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and report or resolve problems.
Stack and/or remove completed material and/or re-stock material as per process.
Working hours: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Skills:
Good oral and written communication skills to report production
Medium proficiency in computers (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good organization and manual skills
Attention to detail
Team player
Flexibility with hours worked, including weekends
Education:
High School

Qualifications:
Previous experience in Manufacturing Machine Operation
Experience with metric measurements
