As our service unit in Denmark are in a considerable growth phase, we continue to strengthen our team in our service unit. We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and do your magic in Middelfart, Denmark.
Do you have a passion to drive service success? Do you enjoy interacting and working with people? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you daily will interact with customers and service employees, while you keep a solid overview. If yes, then we could be a perfect match!
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role during the whole lifecycle of our service business, from inquiry to delivery and invoicing the job.
Your expertise and proactive approach will ensure consistency and alignment of time, cost, and progress, ultimately contributing to the success and satisfaction of our customers.
In this role, you will have a key role to ensure that the operation of the Service Unit will run smoothly from Orders to Cash. You will be working in close collaboration with many stakeholders making sure that we keep a high quality throughout the entire process.
We understand that no one can do this by themselves, but you will be part of a great team of colleagues, working in a fun and dynamic work environment, all helping each other to reach the same goal.
