Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Providing customer service to clients
- Processing daily download report
- Assisting agents with insurance needs
- Answering and transferring phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Making home/auto insurance changes as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Insurance experience, preferred.
- Computer skills
- Customer service
- Office experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to grow with company
