Responsabilidades
Your Role:
- Be able to explain the service and be the main point of contact with potential customers throughout the sales process.
- Respond to all customer inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener.
- Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively.
- Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
- Keep a constant working knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions.
- Document and update records in the required systems.
Requisitos
Who are you:
- An intermediate English level.
- Desirable sales experience.
- To live in Lima, better if you are in Surco and surroundings.
- To be empathetic, respectful, and proactive.
- To have skills to solve situations in the most positive way.
