As a CRM D365 QA Lead you’ll be considered a learned professional who applies your subject matter expertise to implement CRM solutions for our clients across all phases of Avanade’s projects. You will be responsible for working with clients and leading Avanade delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining CRM solutions. You understand the nuts and bolts of CRM systems, and, more importantly, you know how to connect with clients and lead a team to reach its goals. You are organized, energetic, and as comfortable in front of a boardroom as in front of a whiteboard with your development team. - Develop and oversee the implementation of the quality control strategies and practices and automated testing
- Integrate the Sis quality control procedures with the client’s quality control procedures
- Lead the development of test plans, test scripts and test data
- Oversee development of detailed configuration and descriptions for passing and failing tests
- Participate in functional and technical design reviews, perform integration/functional and system testing, and verify test results
- Identify and document software defects and participate with other project resources to resolve defects
- Perform regression testing of software applications
- Functional testing activities must include but are not limited to:
- Development of the testing approach and methodology (Testing Plans);
- Use of testing products and tools as described in Annex A: CMP Statement of Requirements;
- Testing functional and non-functional scope;
- Development of the defect fixing strategy, and processes to meet mutually agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
- Develop defect logging and standards;
- Development of test automation;
- Establish entry/exit criteria;
- Establish pass/fail rate standards;
- Build test scripts;
- Document test results and ensure traceability;
- Development of test traceability matrix for aligning tests to business needs and functional/nonfunctional requirements;
- Testing execution scope (i.e., type of testing to be performed; component testing, regression data migration, end-to-end, user acceptance testing (UAT);
- Planning and execution of automated testing;
- Planning of testing facilities, environment, and data requirements;
- Documentation and management of testing assumptions and dependencies.
- Lead QA team to ensure consistent, beneficial client interaction, and solution delivery
- Reviewed your team's work across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g., Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test)
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues
- Consultative approach with clients on complex projects
- At least two full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM
- Experience managing/leading teams both on and offshore is required
