R&R:

  • Lead negotiation with Landlord to achieve winning location for NIKE NSP projects, including opening new stores and upgrading existing stores
  • Manage strategic relationship with key landlords
  • Co-ordinate with cross functional teams and landlord to ensure the store opening process smoothly

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with good language skill
  • 8 years above Real Estate BD experience with strong negotiation skill
  • Retail and F&B industries background in leading brands are highly appreciated
  • Leasing experience in leading Landlord is also preferred
  • Strong communication skill, ability to deal with multiple tasks and connect internal process
  • A growth mindset with curiosity to understand the latest company strategy with the ability to handling complicated projects
  • Based in SH but need to travel in national wide or even lower tier cities
